Implementation for one organization (hospital, nursing home, skilled facility, rehab facility, school church, etc.):

  • All materials necessary for successful implementation
  • Web-based and on-site informational sessions
  • On-site storywriter trainings and train-the-trainer educational sessions
  • All rights to use program for one year
  • On-site session includes speaker fees. Travel and reasonable expenses at additional charge
  • $2500

Annual fee to continue use of program:

  • On-going use of the program and access to all materials
  • Support from owner
  • One additional site-visit (travel and expenses extra) per year
  • $1000 per year due on anniversary date of initial contract

Other:

  • Special pricing for multi-site facilities available on request
  • Special circumstances given special consideration
  • Welcome opportunities for research projects and/or suggestions for use in settings other than healthcare
